Inspring and Empowering Communities through Adventure

Empower was founded with a passion for leadership, and with the lofty objective of inspiring and empowering communities through adventure. It was the vision of Empower’s Founders, Joe and Maureen DeRing, to open an adventure facility that provided positive adventure experiences while serving as a resource for the Middletown and Middlesex County Communities. Since 2009, Empower has developed partnerships with many local agencies, non-profits, and municipalities – continually striving to achieve our goal of inspiring and empowering individuals, families, groups, and communities through positive, memorable, and exciting adventures!
